NPC-QIC & FON Accepting One Organization Name Suggestions

As the Fontan Outcomes Network (FON) and National Pediatric Cardiology Quality Improvement Collaborative (NPC-QIC) plan to merge into one organization dedicated to improving care, outcomes, and the quality of life for all individuals with single ventricle and Fontan circulation, we are seeking your input on a critical decision— choosing the name for our new, joint organization.

As participants in FON and NPC-QIC, you have a unique perspective of the effort and dedication our networks put forth to make our goals of improving outcomes and transforming the practice of medicine for HLHS infants and individuals affected by single ventricle heart disease. As the patients, family members, clinicians, researchers, and internal staff that help FON and NPC-QIC thrive, you recognize our impact, live out our core values, and understand our organizations inside and out.

We want your valuable input and creative ideas to play a role in choosing the name that will represent the future of our organization as we continue to change outcomes together.

Please take a moment to share your ideas for the name of our joint organization here. We encourage you to dream big. There are no bad ideas, and your submission will remain anonymous. Our One Organization Planning Team will utilize your suggestions to help determine our future name. Depending on the number of submissions received, there may be additional ways to submit input in the future.
