Transparency Learning Lab

The goal of the Transparency Learning Lab is to increase the percentage of NPC-QIC care centers transparently sharing four standardized outcomes measures to 100% of centers by 2018. The Learning Lab aims to have member care centers share data with families and other NPC-QIC care centers initially within the collaborative, with the ultimate goal of public outcomes measure data sharing. Transparent data sharing is important to families in order to assist families to make informed healthcare decisions for their child with HLHS. It is important to care centers because transparency drives outcomes by enabling care centers to learn from and mentor to other care centers encouraging the adoption of best practices.
